Kapsalon Youth Exchange Project Successfully Completed in İzmir

The Kapsalon Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Project, supported by the European Union and funded by the Belgian National Agency, was successfully implemented in İzmir between 25 October – 2 November 2025 under the hosting of Cosmos Youth Association.

As part of the project, 12 young participants from Belgium and 12 young participants from İzmir came together to engage in a series of activities focusing on intercultural learning, solidarity, and social awareness. Throughout the program, the participants took part in workshops addressing child labour, the value of labour, and social responsibility while also interacting with their peers from different cultural backgrounds.

During the project week, participants joined:

• Intercultural introduction activities,

• Creative drama and team-building workshops,

• Child labour awareness sessions,

• Idea labs for social campaign development,

• İzmir city tour and various local cultural experiences.

All lunches and coffee breaks were covered by the project budget to ensure a comfortable and engaging program environment.

As Cosmos Youth Association, we are proud to have successfully completed this meaningful project together with our young participants from İzmir and our partners from Belgium. The Kapsalon Project strengthened intercultural dialogue while fostering sensitivity among young people toward social issues.
