📍Between 6th and 10th October 2025, 24 youth workers from 8 different organizations, including our Cosmos Youth team, joined PRiSM 2.0, a training course organized by Carpe Diem in Karlovac, Croatia.
Throughout the five-day program, participants explored how to strengthen sustainability both in their daily lives and within their organizations. Through engaging workshops, they were introduced to the concepts of circular economy and zero waste through a combination of theoretical and hands-on sessions.

🎯They discussed how these principles can be applied in various sectors such as food, fashion, and technology, developing creative ideas for waste reduction and resource reuse.
The main goal of the training was to refresh participants’ understanding of the PRiSM™️ methodology in the context of sustainable project management and to enable them to review and present their assessment matrices.

Through an interactive and experiential learning process, youth workers identified good practices and challenges, and co-created a “Sustainable Development Package” by adapting and improving existing tools.
🚀As Cosmos Youth, we are proud to have been part of this inspiring international experience in Karlovac, Croatia, and we look forward to applying the knowledge and practices we gained in our future projects! 🌱🌏
